2020 was the year of Covid-19. The pandemic brought destruction to people’s lives and required
many to think fast. Of those people who had to think fast and make sure to keep their head above water is Charlie McCoy.

Charlie McCoy is the CEO and founder of barber shop Artisan Barber and vintage goods store
and luxury salon, Orchard & Ludlow. In 2020 to keep his businesses afloat and ensure extra
streams of revenue, Charlie not only established parent company Artisan Luxury Brands, he also
acquired international men’s grooming brand, Duke & Hyde.

Duke & Hyde was originally founded in 2016 in the United Kingdom and offers essential men’s
grooming products such as its styling combs, its Duke & Hyde Volumizer and Beard Oil.
Charlie saw the potential in Duke & Hyde and understood that it would help him ride out the
pandemic alongside Artisan Luxury Brands. With Duke & Hyde, Charlie now has access to its
global clientele as well as its wholesale relationships that can be added to his existing wholesale
portfolio.

This acquisition allowed him to make a master wholesale list that will take all of his brands,
including Duke & Hyde to the next level. The pandemic forced Charlie to pivot and find a way
to survive and Duke & Hyde was just one of the many ways that he was able to do that. Duke &
Hyde also offers a Power Paste, Deluxe Pomade and Hybrid Clay amongst other things that can
be found on its website at www.dukeandhyde.com.

Duke & Hyde is essential in both your hair and beard routine, so make sure to buy it today
